Exciting shopping facilities are presented by the nearby Europark shopping mall – Austria’s most attractive mall, the DOC Outlet and Salzburg’s most exciting cinema – the CinePlexx.
All tourist attractions and sights of Salzburg and the surrounding area can be reached effortless and comfortable.

Minimum lenght of stay is 1 year. For our studios at Kleßheimer Allee 75 we offer different and flexible rental periods – up to your needs.

Just call us or send the filled out form under “request” to us for reservations. You will receive the availabilities of the apartments with accommodation fees and information for deposit per e-mail from us.
Miscellaneous
Our flats are non-smoking domiciles. Pets are allowed upon prior request only.
