Quiet location, short distances and affordable rental prices – Our flat „Don Giovanni“ in Freilassing the idyllic little town near the city of Mozart.
In 2023 we added a new apartment to our “family of fine living options” and completely renovated it – equipped with everything you could want for a pleasant stay near Salzburg – parking space included.
The 3-room apartment with approx. 75 m² offers space for a maximum of 4 people as a family or for 2 people who prefer separate bedrooms. You can enjoy warm evenings on the balcony with a view of the greenery.
Apartment “Don Giovanni” offers all the amenities for a short vacation and also for a longer professional stay. Whether as living space for festival guests, artists or employees of the Salzburg Festival. As temporary accommodation for temporary employees or companions who want to be close to their loved ones during a stay at Freilassing Hospital – our apartment is characterized by a quiet location, short distances and affordable rental prices.
By car you can reach Salzburg’s old town in about 15 minutes, by bus on line 24 in about 30 minutes and by bike the path along the Saalach and Salzach is a real pleasure. The nearby Europark – Austria’s most attractive shopping mall, the DOC Outlet in the “Airport Center” and Salzburg’s largest cinema – the Cineplexx offer “exciting” shopping opportunities. All sights in Salzburg and the surrounding area are easy and convenient to reach. Cafés, a bakery, restaurants and supermarkets, a bank, a post office and a pharmacy can be found in the city center of Freilassing.

FAQ
minimum stay
We ask for your understanding that we must request a minimum stay of 6 months for our furnished flats.
reservation apartments
Just call us or send the filled form under “request” to us for reservations. You will receive the availabilities of the flat with total cost of accommodation via e-mail. The queries with your desired travelling dates remain without engagement and are non-binding.
booking/ down payment
In order to confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to submit the rental fee for your stay to our bank account. As soon as the money has arrived (booked on our account – without bank fees or charges), the reservation for the apartment you chose is confirmed. We will send a booking confirmation to you immediately thereafter.
arrival
Generally as of 03:00 pm – on demand an individual arrival time is possible. In this case we politely request a scheduled appointment per telephone ahead of time. We will take care of the registration in the “Meldezettel” – please bring your passport for check in. You will receive the keys and further information for your stay. Please hand over the safety deposit latest upon arrival.
departure
We request the departure by 12:00 noon at the latest.
cancellation
After your down payment (3 months rent) the apartment is considered reserved for you. Should you be prevented from starting your journey for various reasons and we are not able to rent out the apartment anew, we unfortunately have to retain the apartment rent.
security deposit
For any possible damage in the apartment, the deposit is Euro 1.500,–. Upon proper delivery of the apartment on the day of your departure and confirmation of Salzburg AG for a balanced account, you will receive the security deposit back.
We would be forced to retain an adequate amount of the deposit for maintenance and repair should damages occur due to improper treatments.
The security deposit can either be paid to our bank account or paid cash – latest upon arrival.

Our apartments are NON-SMOKING domiciles.
Pets are not allowed.
Unfortunately we do not accept CREDIT CARDS!
