Our non smoking apartment AMADÉ is ideal for your stay during a short salzburg visit and for long term use. Downtown is within walking distance (25 minutes) or may be reached by public transportation (10 minutes).
Exciting shopping facilities are presented by the nearby Europark shopping mall – Austria’s most attractive mall, the DOC Outlet and Salzburg’s most exciting cinema – the CinePlexx. All tourist attractions and sights of Salzburg and the surrounding area can be reached effortless and comfortable. Coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and grocery stores, bank, post office and pharmacies are found at close quarters. In the city yet very QUIET – that’s our apartment

FAQ
minimum stay
We ask for your understanding that we must request a minimum stay of 14 nights for our apartments.
reservation apartments
Just call us or send the filled form under “request” to us for reservations. You will receive the availabilities of the apartments with total cost of accommodation via e-mail. The queries with your desired travelling dates remain without engagement and are non-binding.
booking/ down payment
In order to confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to submit the total rental fee for your stay to our bank account. As soon as the money has arrived (booked on our account – without bank fees or charges), the reservation for the apartment you chose is confirmed. We will send a booking confirmation to you immediately thereafter.
arrival
Generally as of 03:00 pm – on demand an individual arrival time is possible. In this case we politely request a scheduled appointment per telephone ahead of time. The payment of the security deposit will be arranged and we will take care of the registration in the “guest-book” – please bring your passport for check in. You will receive the keys and further information for your stay.
departure
You will obtain the security deposit. We kindly request departure by 11:00 am.
cancellation
After your payment the apartment is considered reserved for you. Should you be prevented from starting your journey for various reasons and we are not able to rent out the apartment anew, we unfortunately have to retain the apartment rent.
For that case – please consider a travel insurance
security deposit
The safety deposit for the apartment is Euro 1.500,00.
Upon proper delivery of the apartment on the day of your departure, you will receive the security deposit back. We would be forced to retain an adequate amount of the deposit for maintenance and repair should damages occur due to improper treatments.
pets
Pets are not allowed in our aparatments and our apartments are NON-SMOKING domicils. Unfortunately we do not accept CREDIT CARDS!
